If possible, remove the paper towel before, without cutting it. If dispenser or any such is used, this is not necessary. 2. Wet hands. 3. Apply a dose of the product onto the hands. 4. Rub hands for at least 20 seconds, taking special care in washing between fingers and other parts. 5. Rinse thoroughly. 6. Dry hands.
