<p>By accessing Sampley, creating an account, listing products, submitting enquiries, placing orders, or otherwise using the marketplace, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use Sampley on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.</p>

<h2>2. Marketplace Role</h2>

<p>Sampley helps small business buyers discover products and connect with trusted sellers. Product information, availability, pricing, delivery commitments, warranties, and after-sales support may be provided by sellers or service providers. Sampley may facilitate discovery, communication, ordering, payment, and support, but seller-specific obligations remain with the relevant seller unless stated otherwise.</p>

<h2>3. Accounts and Business Information</h2>

<ul>

<li>You must provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, and business information.</li>

<li>You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.</li>

<li>Sampley may suspend access if account activity appears fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or harmful to marketplace trust.</li>

<li>Account, order, cart, and logout links may redirect to the live Sampley marketplace application.</li>

<h2>4. Buyer Responsibilities</h2>

<p>Buyers must review product details, quantities, specifications, taxes, delivery timelines, and seller conditions before placing orders. Buyers are responsible for providing correct delivery addresses, receiving goods, checking shipments promptly, and raising any issue within the applicable policy timeline.</p>

<h2>5. Seller Responsibilities</h2>

<p>Sellers must list accurate product details, lawful products, genuine pricing, stock availability, tax information, delivery commitments, and applicable warranties. Sellers must not upload misleading catalogues, counterfeit goods, restricted products, or content that infringes another party's rights.</p>

<h2>6. Orders, Pricing, and Cancellations</h2>

<p>Prices, discounts, taxes, delivery charges, and availability may change until an order is confirmed. Sampley or the seller may cancel an order if stock is unavailable, payment fails, pricing is incorrect, delivery is not serviceable, or the transaction violates marketplace rules. Buyer cancellation, return, exchange, shipping, and refund handling are governed by the relevant policy pages.</p>

<h2>7. Prohibited Use</h2>

<ul>

<li>Do not misuse the marketplace, scrape data, interfere with systems, or attempt unauthorised access.</li>

<li>Do not submit false information, fraudulent orders, abusive communications, or unlawful content.</li>

<li>Do not use Sampley to buy or sell restricted, counterfeit, unsafe, or illegal products.</li>

<h2>8. Liability and Disputes</h2>

<p>Sampley aims to support fair marketplace operations, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free listings, or complete suitability of every product for every business use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sampley's liability is limited to the value of the relevant transaction handled through Sampley. Disputes should first be raised through Sampley support at go@sampley.in.</p>

<h2>9. Governing Law</h2>

<p>These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with applicable jurisdiction over SampleyCart LLP will handle disputes that cannot be resolved through support or mutual discussion.</p>
